Megan Briggs
I asked Megan if I could take this picture of her because I felt in that moment that she would need it for reference later on in life. "When you're old, you'll be glad you have this photo of yourself" I said smiling. I guess it was my way of acknowledging that this too would end. That these photos would be the only thing we had to remember ourselves by, our young and free selves, the selves with the bodies that could and the minds that wanted to. The selves who decided to pack up and travel as long as they could afford to, without fear of others or themselves.
